D-backs Starting Lineup: Robbie Ray & Rey Fuentes Return, Marte Batting Second

Robbie Ray has been out of the lineup and on the 7-day DL since July 28 — which is definitely more than seven days — when he was hit in the head with a 108-mph line drive. All things considered, it’s a blessing that Robbie is able to return so quickly considering the nature of his injury. He’ll be on the hill today as the Diamondbacks try to take the final game — and the series — from the Mets.

Backing Ray will be Gregor Blanco batting leadoff followed by Ketel Marte, Jake Lamb, Paul GoldSchmidt and J.D. Martinez. Brandon Drury is batting sixth followed by Rey Feuntes, who has been on the DL since June 19, batting seventh and playing center field. Chris Herrmann is batting eighth and catching.
