Morning Blast (Video): Jake Lamb’s Two Home Runs Including a Grand Slam, Chris Iannetta Homer

Last night might have caught the Los Angeles Dodgers off guard but it most certainly did not surprise anyone who’s been following the Arizona Diamondbacks. Faced with their toughest stretch of the season, they responded like true champions do: They pounded the ball and smiled as they rounded the bases.

The D-backs scored six runs last night against the Dodgers. All six came via the long-ball.

First up, it’s Jake Lamb hitting his first home run, a solo oppo taco in the bottom of the sixth inning to make the score 3-2, bad guys. The next highlight is Lamb’s 7th inning grand slam. A glorious shot to be relished.

And finally, here’s Chris Iannetta as he belts a solo shot to open up the scoring for the D-backs in the bottom of the fifth inning.
