It’s been an exciting few hours if you’re an Arizona Diamondbacks fan. With news breaking that J.D. Martinez was acquired from the Detroit Tigers for three prospects, D-backs fans had plenty of reason to delight. The D-backs have added a righty power bat — perhaps the best one available leading up to the impending trade deadline —  in a division full of lefty arms.
